Test Technician
**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled technician to test, troubleshoot, and repair production and field-returned products and PCB assemblies down to the component level. This role involves using test fixtures and configuration software on a PC, following ISO9001:2015 certification procedures, and performing other related duties. **Responsibilities** + Test and troubleshoot production and field-returned products and PCB assemblies to the component level. + Use test fixtures and configuration software running on a PC. + Follow procedures in accordance with ISO9001:2015 certification. + Repair and rework thru-hole and SMT PCB assemblies, both single and multi-layer, using rework soldering techniques. + Read and interpret electrical schematics. + Test production assemblies and field legacy units in both hardware and software environments. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies to the component level with analog and digital circuitry. + Proficiency in reading electrical schematics. + Experience with soldering, including PCB, electronic assembly, SMT, and rework soldering techniques. + Strong PC knowledge. + Ability to use hand tools, perform electrical assembly, wire harnessing, and crimping. **Why Work Here?** Join a small, family-owned company where you will not be just a number.
