Position Summary
 Responsible for DMS fluids products validation testing, including but not limited to advanced product development test, application product EV/DV/PV, etc.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Responsible for test fixture setup, test execution and daily maintenance according to test specification.依照测试标准的要求，负责搭建测试工装，执行测试过程，并日常跟踪维护测试进度。Support validation engineer on test equipment and software debugging.支持测试工程师完成测试台架硬件和软件的调试工作。Responsible for test samples inventory management, tracking test samples life cycle.负责测试样件的库存管理工作，追踪被试件在实验室全生命周期的状态。Responsible for test equipment operation safety, such as monitoring abnormal alerts, identifying safety risks, spare parts replacement, etc.负责测试设备的安全运行管理，包括监控设备异常报警，识别安全风险，备品备件的更换维护等。Responsible for lab 5S and test tooling management.负责实验室5S及测试工具的管理工作。

Requirements / Qualifications

College degree or aboveAt least 3 years working experience in R&D testing laboratoryProficiency in Microsoft office skillsExperience in hydraulic testing preferredFluent in English reading and writing preferredGood cooperation and hard-working mindset required
