Job Description 1. Responsible for product PCBA & Box Build board level troubleshooting and failure analysis, monitor test & yield performance. 2. Drive daily debug wip inventory to meet goal set for each product. 3. Follow production shipment schedules during debugging and ensure that the schedules are met. 4. Drive and control debug aging to be <14 days. 5. Meet daily product yield and track all open issue to address the solution. 6. Familiar with test measurement equipment e.g. Multimeter, Oscilloscope, power supply & etc. 7. Provides training and PCBA debugging guidance to other debug technicians. 8. Openly and proactively shares information, knowledge & experience with co-workers. 9. Support cross function activities as when needed. 10. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 11. Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. 12. At least 2 years in Test Department in PCBA & debugging knowledge.
