Provide test support and tester preventive maintenance and calibration activities Assist superior to carry out various study for quality improvement, program and cycle time optimization for AOI / AXI / 5DX operation. To review and update preventive maintenance checklist from time to time and complete PM per schedule planned Generate and fine tune AOI NPI and sustaining program with acceptable false call rate Coordinate with Process Engineering & Equipment team for real time feedback of defect rate Review AOI/AXI/5DX inspection for accurate, consistent detection of SMT paste, component placement and solder joint defects Communicate defects not captured by equipment to responsible personnel for enhancement of program integrity. To develop, monitor and sustain inspection program detect ability and efficiency to ensure quality of the product are fulfilled Responsible for daily / shiftily yield, efficiency and effectiveness report Job requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Knowledge in AOI / AXI  / 5DX equipment will be an added advantage Good oral and written communication skills Able to work cooperatively in a team & cross functional team (CFT) as needed Openly and proactively shares information, knowledge & experience with co-workers
