E2E TEST STRATEGY AND EXECUTION LEAD, SR. MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: E2E Test strategy and Execution Lead for Treasury Management System (TMS)
DELIVERABLES:
1. TEST STRATEGY
+ Design E2E Test strategy for implementation of Treasury Management System (SAP S/4H and Java-based solution);
+ Lead the alignment of E2E Test strategy with Treasury Business and Technical Product Owners, boundary Product teams (e.g. I2C, A2R and P2P Business and Technical Product Owners), Chapter Leads of TMS transformation (e.g. Cutover Lead, Build Lead, PMO), other Transformation Programs that have interdependencies with Treasury Transformation;
+ Define and align test automation strategy and roadmap;
+ Lead continuous improvement of E2E test strategy based on lessons learned from TMS releases;
+ Design, recruit, onboard and develop Test strategy and Execution team for Treasury transformation (2-4 team members);
2. TEST EXECUTION
+ Establish strong governance for planning, preparation and coordination of execution of test cycles for TMS (all test cycles including TAT, TUT, FIT, SIT, BST, UAT, regression and performance testing);
+ Ensure accurate and compliant reporting of test planning and execution in JIRA;
+ Build strong governance for communication to testers of solution readiness for test execution;
+ Lead the development and operations of automated testing for TMS;
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate testing/cutover progress, flag and mitigate the risks for Go live;
+ Define and drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to accelerate and speed up testing/deployments;
+ Ensure all testing activities adhere to industry best practices and quality standards;
+ Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
**Qualifications**
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
+ 5+ years of experience in Test strategy and execution coordination Manager/Sr. Manager roles for SAP S/4H or/and SAP ECC implementation in Global organizations;
+ 5+ years of experience with test coordination for Finance processes (preferably for Treasury);
+ 2+ years of experience with test automation, proven track record with successful test automation implementation;
+ Proficiency in test planning, execution, and defect tracking tools like JIRA/X-Ray;
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate testing-related risks and issues;
+ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and advanced presentation skills;
+ Experienced in developing SDLC documentation. Values and understands the importance of documentation and knowledge management.
