Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Equipment Project Engineer with strong expertise in project management to coordinate the design, development, and deployment of innovative test equipment solutions. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in test equipment engineering, coupled with a proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to completion.
This role requires a strong technical foundation, organizational skills, excellent people skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the entry into production of various programs to support production and testing needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement test equipment to support manufacturing, validation, and qualification processes.
* Conduct requirements gathering, feasibility studies, and conceptual designs for test systems.
* Coordinate the integration, calibration, commissioning, and entry into production of test equipment for various aircraft programs
* Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and optimization of test systems.
* Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure test equipment meets product and production requirements.

Required Qualifications:
* Proficiency in test equipment design tools (e.g., LabVIEW, MATLAB, SolidWorks, AutoCADetc.).
* Strong knowledge of instrumentation, data acquisition, and automated testing systems.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
* Familiarity with Aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements (AS9100)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
