- Responsible for Mongoose Memory Test System TOR (Tool of Records) equipment sites' online support, evaluation, validation, trouble-shooting and installation.
- Fan out Best Known Method (BKM) to MTB site in TOR procedures, deficiencies and implements improvements.
- Work closely with Test Solutions Engineering (TSE) and Systems Integration Group (SIG) to support new process/technology implementation
- Monitor and identify process efficiency, OEE and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Supports TOR Equipment OS (Operating Software), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software release.
- Supports evaluation on NPI, new technologies and equipment to improve current tool sets and method.
- Support Disabled Site Loss (DSL) issues, make improvement plans, drive TSE for optimization of test program, auto-disabled macro in order to meet, sustain or even better than the MOR goal for daily production output, additional as well as flex capacity requirements
- Collaborates with MTB Accessories Management (AM) team and Repair Center (RC) for cobra socket board RMA
- Independent and self-driven in projects/tasks assigned.
