Test Engineering (Intern - Summer 2025)

SRCTec, LLC is currently seeking Test Engineering Interns for Summer 2025 to play a key role in the testing function within a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. This position involves design, analysis, and testing of advanced radar systems.   What You'll Do  Develop Software Tools: Create low-level software to support test development and improve testing efficiencyAnalyze and Validate: Gather and correlate data, perform analysis, and validate test stations to ensure functionality and complianceCollaborate: Work closely with peers and managers to align on goals and deliverablesDocument and Support: Ensure test designs and documentation meet product specifications and deadlinesDeliver Results: Draw conclusions and provide recommendations fully supported by test resultsMaintain Standards: Ensure accuracy of measurements and traceability to international calibration standardsRecord and Organize: Document test results and maintain records in configuration management systemsTroubleshoot: Identify root causes of product failures and document processes and findingsWhat You'll Bring  Education: Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Physics, or similar degreesExperience: Completion of at least two years of collegeTechnical Skills: Software experience with tools such as LabVIEW, Matlab, or PythonKnowledge of hardware systems, including RF equipment, power systems, and digital componentsSoft Skills: Creativity and resourcefulnessAbility to work independently and collaboratively on projectsWays to Stand Out – Preferred Requirements   Knowledge of NI LabVIEW and NI TestStandDemonstrated hands-on experience with software or hardware testing toolsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on innovationExperience in or familiarity with a fast-paced technical or manufacturing environmentWhat Sets Us Apart?

The anticipated range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $22.00 to $26.00/hour.
