Responsibilities:

Support Manufacturing:

Investigate manufacturing issues related to Probe and Test processes and identify and implement solutionsDisposition SPC fails, RMAs, and other product using tools providedREBIN parts when necessaryIdentify and handle product deviationsResearch deviations to resolve cause and ensure containmentIsolate product that has been shipped and contain affected product as neededProvide supporting data highlighting an issueContact groups responsible to resolve issuesParticipate in process changesUse procedures and guidelines for EDT process and tasksUse department specific scripts and commands, software programs as needed

Support Engineering:

Assist engineers in developing processes to resolve process variance, equipment, or device performance problems and provide for product quality control and efficiency of equipment and processesStart quals for engineering and supervise progress when requestedIdentify problems with quals and communicate that to the qual ownerDocument Process Engineering or Test Engineering projects

Communicate Information:

Connect with suppliers, peers, and customers to accurately relay technical informationStay up-to-date on e-mail and respond with concernsReview and approve EDM Inbox itemsUse accurate grammar, appropriate terminology, and technical terms for the target audienceWork toward positive outcomesWork and connect with customers to understand their expectationsCommunicate problems and concerns to engineeringFollow the accurate escalation procedure to communicate problemsSeek and respond to feedback from othersSet goals, and define task prioritiesAssist in Process documentation review and development

Mentoring:

Actively share information with others to raise level of awareness and knowledge in the department, site, or larger industry groupsDevelop process or product application courses that can be across areas, departments, and sites, as appropriateMentor others using detailed guidelines when applicableBuild mentor relationships to provide motivation, coaching, and skills trainingAssist with training of other EDT

EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, Security)

Observe all established EHSS policies, requirements and proceduresFollow EHSS guidelines included in work instructionsReport conditions or behaviors that are contrary to EHSS policies or proceduresAgree with all audits

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma degree in electrical / electronic engineering or computer science related2+ Year of industry experience or demonstrable experience in data analysis & SPC conceptsSelf-motivated, possess initiative and ability to work with minimal guidance.Good analytical and problem solving skill.Great teammate with good communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work on shift.
