You will primarily collaborate across Systems, Quality, and PE/VE Engineering teams while simultaneously building strategic partnership with Applications, Design, and Operations teams. With new and emerging battery management technologies, you will be at the cutting edge of innovation with BGP! **Responsibilities include:** + Work closely with design and system teams to understand device and design specifications + Generate test plan, create test and char program, design ATE hardware interface boards + Estimate test cost parameters - number of test sites, test time, handler / prober charges + Order test hardware, probe heads and sockets with qualified cost-effective vendors + Debug characterizing silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data + Analyze silicon results, supporting failure analysis tasks + Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug and fix yield issues; optimize test time + Work with production team to release products to volume production + Test strategy definition and implementation for new battery gauge products + ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test hardware and software + Silicon qualification& characterization including Qual hardware development + Comprehensive device debugging, design validation and failure analysis + Drive for robust and cost effective test solutions while being accountable for product quality **Why TI?** + Engineer your future.
