Role Description: Senior Test Engineer

We’re currently looking to hire a Senior Test Engineer to join our growing team. 

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

• Leading a small number of test engineers on projects 

• Enabling others to succeed 

• Designing Implementation of testing frameworks and strategies/plans 

• Planning & executing test scenarios, scripts and exploratory sessions 

• Scripting of automation tests/checks (UI/API) 

• Working as a team to refine requirement and making them testable 

• Working as part of an Agile team to build quality solutions 

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

• A passion for Software Testing and sharing your knowledge 

• A wide knowledge of testing techniques and practices 

• Experience with UI and API automation tools, e.g. Cypress, Selenium. 

• A love of working as part of team and helping it improve 

• Curiosity and a desire to continuously develop and learn 

• A logical mind that enjoys using technical know-how to problem solve 

• The ability to find solutions in tricky situations collaborating with others  

• Previous experience and / or a working knowledge of Azure. 

It would be great if you have:  

• Experience of a programming language (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) 

• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps 

• Performance testing experience (e.g. k6, JMeter) or willing to learn 

• Data testing experience or willing to learn
