This is a contingent position based upon contract award KBR is seeking a highly motivated Test Engineer to join our cross-functional team developing new verification and validation capabilities for AI/ML algorithms in support of our customer and then applying those capabilities in testing of third-party solutions. Key Responsibilities: + Gain and understanding of the specifications and requirements for the algorithms being tested. + Develop test plans and then execute tests to ensure the algorithms meet those requirements. + Assist the cross-functional team in creating and maintaining tools and scripts to automate testing processes, improving efficiency and repeatability. + Investigate and (potentially) help resolve issues and failures identified during testing. + Ensuring that algorithm requirements are met and provide evidence to support validation. + Create testing reports and present the testing results to the customer and algorithm developer (as directed). Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in computer/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent field + 3+ years of testing of scientific algorithms. + TS/SCI with willingness to sit for a Poly + Experience working on (applicable to algorithm testing): + Test plan designs + Test resource requirements + Test scenarios + Performance analysis + Production qualification testing + Requirements testing + Post-mission test analysis and reporting + Experience developing and briefing technical material to a broad audience in meetings such as Working Groups (WGs), Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Technical Interchange Meetings, Peer Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, Program Management Reviews, etc. + 2+ years testing in the DoD/IC Desired: + Experience testing AI/ML algorithms Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
