Test Coordinator is responsible for designing, developing, and supervising the testing activities of the company´s core projects. Test coordinator ensure that the testing activities are performed in accordance with the project objectives to ensure the quality.

1. Job Knowledge and Skills:

Must have:  

Strong problem-solving skills. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. 

Nice have: 

Prior experience in the automotive or financial services industry is a plus.

2. Years of Experience:

3+ years of experience in IT. 

2+ years of experience in Testing management.

3. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

Technical certifications/diploma and/or degree preferred. 

4. Specific Course/Certifications:

Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment. 

Proven experience working with testing tools (i.e. Selenium, Jira)
