• Minimum 12 years of experience in an IT environment.
• In-depth understanding of data validation frameworks, automation frameworks, and tools like Selenium, with working knowledge of Java/Python. Experience in TestComplete.
• Significant experience in designing automation frameworks.
• At least 6 years of experience in test automation and a minimum of 3 years in a test architect role.
• Experience managing cloud migration, modernization, and transformation projects for at least one year.
• Expertise in various phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Good exposure to the Testing Life Cycle and Bug Life Cycle.
• Experience conducting test case reviews, providing project status reports, coordinating all release planning, and leading the testing team through all project phases.
• Experience mentoring new team members and leading teams of 30+ associates.
• Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including requirements analysis, detailed planning, and risk assessment.
• Effective organizational and communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver technical presentations tailored to the audience.
• Defined strategy for both functional and non-functional testing, including functional automation, integration testing, and performance testing.
• Strong experience in designing large enterprise-level system integration testing strategies.
