About the role:
As a Software Test Analyst, you’ll play a key role in the development of fintech products that are changing the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve consulting on software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.

What you will be doing:
• Performing usability testing and communicating activities and findings.
• Controlling and managing daily test activities.
• Providing internal quality assurance.

What you will need:

Technical Skills:

Software Testing: Proficiency  software testing, and quality management is crucial.Database Engines: Experience with primary database engines and the ability to write data validation and troubleshooting queries1.Object-Oriented Programming: Expertise in at least one object-oriented language.Performance Testing Tools: Familiarity with tools like JMeter and ReadyAPI for performance testin.Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana and Nagios.

Analytical Skills:

Test Data Preparation: Ability to prepare bulk test data and confirm test scope requirements.Test Strategy and Execution: Developing and executing test strategies, including stress testing, load testing, and performance testing.

Collaboration and Communication:

Team Collaboration: Working closely with developers and other team members to ensure successful NFT testing.Reporting and Documentation: Documenting test results, preparing reports, and communicating findings effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues during regression testing phases.Critical Thinking: Analyzing complex workflows and simulating real-life scenarios.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Languages

English - very good communication skills - working in multinational environment

German - is a plus 

Banking or financial application knowledge will be a plus
