To create testing procedures for complete programs within a suite of programs

To provide input into test plans, writing test cases and conducting testing Perform manual testing on various software applications to verify functionality, usability, and performance against specified requirements.Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test plans based on software requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand software features and requirements.Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation and reports.Identify, document, and track software defects, verifying bug fixes and ensuring their resolution.Implement and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for regression and functional testing.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging testing tools and technologies.Participate in test cases reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the development process.Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.Assist in User Acceptance Testing by working closely with business to ensure effectiveness of UAT process.Provide support during product/project release.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.Proven experience of 3–5 years in software testing for manual testing.Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, SoapUI, ACE, AccMan.Familiarity with version control systems and bug tracking systems.Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
