What you will do
Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal.Support Sales Manager to formulate the sales plan and activities in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth.Maintain a close network of cooperative relationship with business partners (dealers) and customersPrepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.Explore new accounts/business opportunities to build Stryker's customer basePrepares reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information on a monthly basisCompile customers‘ feedback to drive for quality of service and to expand business portfolioWhat you need
Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or other Science fields.3 to 5 years' Sales or Sales & Marketing experience in medical devices or healthcare industry.Relevant / direct exposure to Endoscopy or capital equipment in medical device industry is highly preferred. Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skillsResults driven and goal oriented, with demonstrated ability to learn and apply new knowledge independently.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management / negotiation & communications skillStrong business senseDemonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally. Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.Able to work collaboratively across different functional groups to achieve common objectives.Travel Percentage: None
