What you will do
Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned region, ensuring continuity and customer satisfaction.
Track industry trends, competitors, product developments, and legal regulations, and provide regular updates to the manager.
Execute sales-related activities in line with regional sales targets and company objectives, preparing and submitting required sales reports.
Plan and implement customer/partner visits, demos, and follow-ups according to sales targets and customer needs.
Evaluate customer/partner requests for proposals and prepare a comprehensive list of materials based on customer requirements.
Inform customers about various purchasing methods (tender, leasing, external purchase) and collaborate with the tender department to ensure smooth project procurement and completion.
Monitor material delivery timelines, inform customers of delivery statuses, and manage the delivery, installation, and post-sales user training.
Follow up on customer billing and collaborate with the Finance and Accounting departments to ensure timely collections; address customer feedback and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in medical device sales, particularly in a clinical or operating room setting.
Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.
Valid KSA driving license.
Preferred:
Experience in Power tools is highly desirable.
Travel Percentage: 90%
