Key Responsibilities:
 

➢ Generate demand for Dentsply Sirona’s products, to be closed either by Dentsply Sirona’s approved distributors/or direct sales where appropriate

➢ Identify and target critical end- users and visit dentist and dental laboratories to sell our dental solutions

➢ Identify and analyze customer segments and business opportunities together with colleagues from other business segments.

➢ Establish a working relationship with critical universities, institutions and end users.

➢ Be the customer’s expert on DS focus products

➢ Coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training for customers including vendor days with dealers

➢ Effectively and professionally present to groups of dental care professionals, including dental student and postgraduate education departments

➢ Develop and maintain good relationships with key personnel including all relevant sales and market personnel

➢ Comply with all corporate governance requirements and regulatory requirements

➢ Work with the Clinical Educators in regards Key Opinion Leader meetings/presentations

➢ Assist in the training and coaching of new sales colleagues

➢ Maintain and update the CRM (customer database)

➢ Collaborate on marketing programs by monitoring and providing accurate tracking, reporting and follow up to ensure a consistent and professional marketing campaign

➢ Be able to articulate business as well as clinical benefits of the products

➢ Professionally manage and process customer complaints in accordance with DS procedures

➢ Support the local dealer in product specific questions

➢ Act as key point of contact for dealers and sales consultants in the region

➢ Collaborate with dealers on proposals and tender offers

➢ Achievement of Sales Budget in the assigned areas of responsibility.

➢ Complete all relevant paper work relating to all products sold.

➢ To support & train customers in terms of product operation together with Product managers and/or clinical trainers.

 

Requirement and Qualifications:

 

➢ Experience of sales is essential

➢ Proven success and able to bring techniques and passion for best practice in this field

➢ Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment

➢ Excellent product and industry knowledge

➢ Able to apply Professional Selling Skills principles to all sales dialogue

➢ Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with key customers

➢ Enthusiastic, efficient and highly organized – desire to constantly improve efficiencies and customer focus

➢ Structured and clear thinker – ability to prioritize a demanding workload through business planning and territory management

➢ Able to analyse business information such as Price Corrected Dealer Sales Out to refine specific product and activity focus to achieve key performance targets on a monthly/cycle basis

➢ Ability to work collaboratively and within a highly collaborative team environment

➢ Confident and articulate

➢ Positive attitude

➢ Strong results orientation and analytical skills

➢ Excellent communication skills including presentation skills

➢ Hold a valid local driving license and TCESİS Sales Representative Card
