As an industry leader with strong partners, we have carved our path from e-commerce to hospitality and commercial. This year, we're looking to expand our sales in the Northeast.

We’re looking for: A D.C. based sales maverick with a proven track record of building a territory from scratch. Our ideal candidate is a B2B road warrior who values quality, thrives on relationship generation and doesn't sweat account management-related tasks. Bonus points if you've sold to dealers within the interior design realm.
The Offer:
+ Year 1 earning projection: $80-95k , with additional earning growth over time.
+ Compensation: $65-75k base salary.
+ High-grossing commissions available from sale 1.
+ PTO: Get 2 weeks in Year 1, with 6 paid holidays.
+ Time off grows over your time with us: expect 3 weeks off in year 5 and beyond.
+ Health insurance is employer-provided, and we cover 70% of its cost to employees.
+ Dental and vision insurance available.
+ Mileage reimbursement and per diem for on the job travel.

Role Responsibilities for the Territory Sales Rep:
+ Territory building: Sourcing and converting new leads and connections will be the name of the game. We'll focus on building a base with dealers in a 250-300 mile radius of your location.
+ Handle sales and account management processes focused on dealers but also including hospitality/commercial end users.
+ Work with customer service teams to support accounts when needed.
+ Role will be 100% travel for appointments with dealers/clients. However, of course some prospecting and other sales work may happen on a remote basis or on the road.
+ Constant focus on strategy and industry networking.
Ideal Candidates for Territory Sales Rep:
+ Are natural trail blazers and road warriors, networkers, and revenue drivers.
+ Are experts in the window treatment niche or experience with textile/fabrication sales (though work with similar or translatable industries and processes is also of value).
+ Are adept with motorization, tooling, and innovations.
+ Have sales chops but have also worked with custom products and understand the nuances.
+ Are product teachers who can demonstrate and walk B2B users through quoting.
