You as a Territory Sales Manager are responsible to for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin. The job will be located in Sambhaji Nagar (Erst. Aurganbad) and will be on field role.

The essential requirements of the job
• Ability to work well independently and exercise appropriate judgment under general direction.
• Ability to prioritize workload, goals and tasks consistent with the department and corporate objectives.
• Ability to multi-task, completing concurrent projects within given time frames and balancing interruptions and change requests. Takes initiative to establish new processes and methods to support a variety of coordination activities.
• Decision-making and coordination with other departments- To solve technical issues, and interact with key partners for problem-solving
• Analytical skills and communication skills- Ability to analyze technical problems and provide solutions
YOUR EDUCATION OR BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
• 4-8 years of field sales experience selling industrial products/ capital goods.
• Engineering or Non-Engineering with strong sales background.
• Has worked in Indian or a multi-national company selling Industrial products/ capital goods.
You will join the Industrial End User (IEU) Sales Team in the west region. IEU Sales team is responsible for catering to the needs of small and medium scale industries. Reporting to the Zonal Manager West – IEU Sales, you'll work and collaborate closely with associates across departments to ensure seamless delivery.
