If you are a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. **A day in the life…** We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to manage our retail Impulse customers in Brisbane South, Toowoomba and Surrounding areas. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing merchandisers, driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory through winning in store and executing a commercial plan. Excitement through cutting in new lines, driving distribution, trade standards and display building are the key drivers for the role. Your key responsibilities will include: + Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory. + Build strong relationships within your portfolio of customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel. + Conduct face-to-face meetings withstand-alone and multi-site customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements. + Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes. + Manage casual merchandisers within your territory + Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth. + Excitement through cutting in new lines, driving distribution, trade standards and display building. + Delivering to cycle priority KPI’s **Regional Travel Requirements** You will be responsible for visiting clients, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth. + The Territory Sales Manager role requires consistent monthly travel within your defined territory. + Travel will include approximately 2 to 4 nights away from home/month. + You will be expected to plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximize productivity and meet sales targets. + Attending industry conferences and participating in sales meetings **What will make you successful?** What you will bring + Sales and/or FMCG experienced preferred – Impulse channel and/or Supermarkets including store or department management. + Basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PowerBi + Outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales, as you manage the territory as if it’s your own business across your various Impulse and Convenience customers. + You are a confident communicator and canadapt your communication style. + Able to travel and stay away from home every 4 weeks for 2 to 4 nights each trip + Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. + Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + Ability to work independently and manage and plan time effectively + This position requires a valid Full Driver’s License + Willingness to be on the road Mon-Fri within the assigned territory.
