**Territory Sales Executive-Surabaya**
**Location:** Surabaya,Indonesia
**Job Description:**
1.Oversee and manage the daily operations of Kohler business in a specific geographic region, by focusing showroom on sell out performance, manage execution in every designation showrooms
2.Maintain and manage Kohler Brand Consultant execution at the showroom level
3.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth including product forecasting at showroom level including competitor's activities
4.Maintain strong relationships with distributor, sales and retail architect & designer community
5.Develop a detailed plan to track progress (Permanent Journey Plan, Weekly and Monthly Report to management), do training and product knowledge to KBC and showrooms staff
6.Measure sales performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques (Power BI, E-collate, Excel, etc.)
