This is a remote-based role requiring regular travel to client sites, OEMs, and distributors. The right candidate will have strong technical knowledge and proven success in both managing existing relationships and developing new business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and be instrumental in delivering sustainable energy solutions to industrial clients. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end usersMeet or exceed sales targets for medium voltage drives, motors, and servicesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regionSupport and coordinate with account managers, reps, and internal teamsDrive customer engagement through technical expertise and solution selling Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field5–10 years of experience selling electrical power equipmentProven success in account management and new business developmentStrong communication and customer influence skillsExperience with medium voltage VFDs or power electronics (preferred) Benefits and PerksPay Rate: $120,000–$150,000 annually (DOE)Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage starting Day 1Paid time off, holidays, and paid parental leaveTraining, education reimbursement, and career growth opportunities Your New OrganizationOur client is a global leader in motors and drive systems, with over 150 years of engineering innovation.
