Your role will involve:

Delivering self-driven strategic business plans and achieving consistent sales results to gain territory growth and market share: https://www.stryker.com/us/en/portfolios/orthopaedics/trauma-and-extremities.htmlDeveloping relationships and managing your territory to become a product expert while providing clinical and technical expertise in the hospital settingBeing present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of Stryker productsCommitment to ongoing learning and up-skilling of our own products and developing an in-depth understanding of the market

What you'll bring:

Ideally, you will reside in either Geelong or West Melbourne and be willing to travel to Ballarat and Warrnambool semi-frequently.Experience in the orthopaedic industry preferred, however a background in allied health or similar experience also considered.Burning desire to integrate a high-performing team.Strong commercial acumen with a sales-focused mind.Strong anatomical or clinical knowledge.Must be self-driven with a proven ability to work autonomously, as well being able to integrate into a high-performing team.Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
