**Job Description Summary**
As Territory Manager, Urology and Critical Care, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue to exceed division priorities, define and develop new business opportunities that clearly reflect the company’s goals and contribute to overall team success. You will develop key relationships through frequent and routine customer visits, product demonstrations, product in-services, and procedural observation. Additionally, you will build and maintain constructive relationships in key accounts with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital management and hospital executives. You may be called upon to participate in the Field Sales Training program and/or provide services as a Field Sales Trainer. Individuals will manage their territory with integrity and in accordance with BD’s Code of Ethics and all applicable BD policies, rules and procedures.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for meeting territory sales and profitability goals.
+ Advises customers of new and current products, backorders, general order status, current pricing structure, policy changes, and forecasts for new needs
+ Achieves prompt, mutually satisfactory solution to customers’ complaints
+ Acquires extensive knowledge of prices, discounts, availability of each product and competition according to quality and quantity.
+ Presents, educates, and provides in-services on the process/procedure of properly using our products to surgeons, OR staff, and other individuals
+ Maintains detailed knowledge and capabilities of BD’s products, channels, and methods of distribution
**About You:**
+ Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 3 Years of proven field sales experience
+ Documentation of successful sales performance is required
+ Comfortable in hospital, office and clinical settings
+ Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills and creative problem-solving skills
+ Proven ability to build positive relationships with Internal Customers – Sales Training, Marketing, National Accounts, Customer Service, Contracts, Field Sales Team and External Customers – KOLs, Surgeons, Physicians, Nurses
+ Detailed understanding of the needs/analysis approach to sales
+ Must live within assigned region
+ Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD's auto safety standards
Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.
$125,992.00 - $207,888.00 Base + Commission USD Annual
