Territory Manager

We’re expanding our German sales team and are looking for a Territory Sales Manager (Industrial) to serve as a trusted advisor to our customers in Northern Germany, based in Hamburg and the surrounding areas.

It’s important to note that:

You are able to travel 2-3 nights a week to cover the territory

As Territory Manager you offer solutions to your prospects and customers for selling used equipment, trucks and other assets. Trusted advisory is key in your sales methodology. You use our data on demand, pricing and various markets to have an edge in your sales process. Together with the client you determine the best strategy for the liquidation of their assets, which can be through an auction, Marketplace-E or a listing. You will continuously work to improve your equipment expertise to strengthen your position as a market expert. On top of that you will build personal and professional relationships with your clients to secure future contracts.

You will be accountable for:

Selling multi-channel solutions within the assigned territoryIdentify geographic areas and sectors that are areas of opportunityGrow sales with new businessDevelop a strategy and plan for securing potential customersBuilding, maintaining, and updating Playbook on a frequent basisEnsuring proper execution of sales through coordination with “Win Team” to fully service accounts including: sales support, operations, administrative, valuations and field marketing.
