Volt is immediately hiring for Territory Business Development Manager in Colorado Springs, CO.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

As an Territory Business Development Manager, you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tUnderstand the customer need and establish company's product as the best solution that addresses that need\r\n\tBuild and present solution demos\r\n\tProvide outstanding leadership through trial, implementation and ongoing customer success\r\n\tParticipate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position\r\n\tAttain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management\r\n\tRespond effectively to RFPs\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExperience with B2B Sales\r\n\tPrice negotiation experience and experience closing deals\r\n\tKnowledge of related applications, relational databases and web technology\r\n\tAbility to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments\r\n\tMaintain a solid understanding of competition in the areas of product, technology, applications, sales and strategies\r\n\tExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\r\n\tEffective oral, written, and presentation communication skills, to interact effectively with executives\r\n\tBusiness Analysis, ability to determine the project goals from stakeholder interests\r\n\tPlan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones\r\n\tAbility to travel domestically 50%\r\n\t3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role: sales, sales engineer, consulting, product management/marketing, training\r\n\r\n\r\n

Salary: $70K - $80K + Commissions

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

\r\n\r\n
