 Arcserve is seeking an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented Territory Account Manager for our dynamic Sydney sales office. We are looking for motivated self-starters interested in working in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment to help promote and sell our comprehensive Data Recovery and Backup software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly responsible for revenue in the assigned territory and accountsEngage and interlock with channel partners, new prospects, and existing customersUse Salesforce CRM to contact prospective customers and reach marketing prospects qualified by our sales development organizationGenerate new prospects and opportunities via phone and email, discussing their needs and how our products and services can meet themEngage with strategic Channel Partners in your territory to grow revenues and client engagementCollaborate with partner account managers to expand channel presence and relationships within your geographyBuild and maintain relationships with existing customers, leveraging our 25-year history in data protection to grow revenuesGain and maintain access to decision makers and end users in prospective client companiesMaintain lead, account, and forecast records in SalesforceDevelop a solid understanding of Arcserve products and stay up to date on industry trends, competitive developments, and internal portfolio advancementsAchieve revenue targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience to meet the essential functions of the position2-5 years of sales experience in the technology sectorDemonstrated ability to work independently and as a team playerExcellent organizational and communication skillsExperience working alongside Channel PartnersExcellent customer service skillsDesire to work in a high-energy sales team environmentProven track record of building strong professional relationships
