Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Tender Specialist Writer, and the full-time remote role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package, including being part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.

The Siemens Healthineers sales process is led by a core sales and account team. Along with other supporting functions, this team is responsible for the design of the customer solution and deliverables in readiness for the tender release.

Your Role:

Become an expert in the creation of content and proficient use of the Tender Management software to help build a bank of high scoring, relevant and interesting bid responsesEngage with the core team on active projects with involvement in sales project calls within the regions to ensure full alignment on the scope of the procurement, the proposed solution and the sales messaging required to create a winning bidManage and use effectively the tender project management toolsCreate, review and edit responses populated into customer tender documents, liaising and working closely with Subject Matter Experts, to ensure the question is answered fully and the key messaging and competitive advantages are prominently featured in the responseNetwork with numerous aspects of the business to develop a broad understanding of the products, service and processes.Willingness to travel for face to face meetings and events (majority of time will be at home)

Your Expertise:

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbalPrevious experience in clinical diagnostics and/or the tender response processStrong IT skills with excellent Word and Excel knowledge, VBA experience being an advantageA positive team player who can readily cope with deadline driven tasks
