Temporary Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Paralegal
**Description** Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Temporary Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Paralegal with a five (5) years of experience. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Compiling, preparing, and summarizing relevant materials for use by attorneys in all phases of bankruptcy litigation; + Drafting routine court documents; + Preparing, finalizing and performing electronic filing using CM/ECF and all related platforms for electronic filing; + Advanced working knowledge and understanding of state and federal court bankruptcy processes and procedures; + Maintaining case files; tracking and controlling document discovery (including documents produced and received in discovery); + Maintaining and managing hearing calendar; + Indexing, tracking, and controlling exhibits and other materials at depositions and at trial; + Supporting attorneys during hearings, including assistance with creation of demonstratives and courtroom presentation/support; and + Advanced working knowledge of Relativity, Excel, Case Notebook and related case management software is preferred. **Skills and Abilities:** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong problem-solving skills. + Ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous deadlines. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. + Ability to work independently and take initiative. + Ability to deal with and manage interruptions. + Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality and provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients/contacts. + Demonstrated excellent facility using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), database and presentation software. **Requirements:** + BA or BS degree preferred. + Associate's degree or paralegal certificate with five years of comparable work experience required. + Ability to multitask using analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment with competing demands. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Demonstrate flexibility regarding client and legal team requests. + Achieve high level of productivity. + Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. **WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:** + This job operates in a clerical, office setting.
