The Client:
VWA are always looking for talented and enthusiastic Executive Assistants at all levels who enjoy temping long-term as a career choice or to support other work/passions e.g., acting, your own business or studying to join our fantastic pool of temps.

At VWA we place EAs/PAs in bookings of varying lengths (from 1 day to ongoing bookings that last several years), across a range of industries and well-known and respected clients.

Due to the fast nature of temp work, we are always seeking new EAs to join our temp pool so that we can fill all our roles quickly!

The Role:
Typical EA Duties include (but do vary between clients) and are not limited to:

Diary managementTravel booking and itinerary creationInbox managementVirtual conference arrangementCRM managementExpensesOther ad hoc duties and administration support

Successful Temp EAs will:

Be organised and flexible and able to manage fast-paced environmentsBe professional and personable Have excellent verbal and written communication skillsIdeally have experience within the financial services Be able to hit the ground running and use their initiative
