Advertised Job Description:
The Communications Specialist for the Residency Team will be responsible for sending communications to students. Duties will also include emailing students daily, managing the Residency resource account, responding to messages in the Residency chat, utilizing Excel reports to identify the residency status and assisting with scanning documents to the imaging system, maintaining the confidentiality of student’s educational records and upholding FERPA regulations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and experience with data entry, Excel spreadsheets, exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) and strong organizational skills.
