Premier Dental Center, located in Seguin, TX is an established and patient-centric family practice. We are seeking a temp RDA to join us full-time from 3/10/25-5/30/25.
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8:15am-5pm and Fridays 8:15am-2pm.

Responsibilities Include:
*Welcome patients to the dental office
*Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
*Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed
*Sterilize instruments according to regulations
*Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
*Undertake lab tasks as instructed
*Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
*Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
*Schedule appointments
*Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
*Ordering dental supplies and keeping track of dental supply inventory.
*Active Registered Dental Assistant License as required by state
*Prior RDA experience is a required
*Current CPR certification
*Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
*Understanding of health & safety regulations
*Ability to perform regulated surgical and nonsurgical tasks
*Strong computer skills. Denticon experience is preferred, but it is not required.
