Telesales Agent (JHB)
ENVIRONMENT: A dynamic Market Leader in cutting-edge Telecommunications seeks to fill the role of its next Telesales Agent – someone not just adept at sales but is driven to forge new business paths. You will conduct outbound calls, promote the value proposition of products/services while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of calls and appointments in the sales tracker. If you are someone with 3 years’ Sales experience including proven Telesales or appointment setting, who thrives on interaction and negotiation, and is keen to make a significant impact on the telephony space, then APPLY NOW!   DUTIES: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments for the external sales team. Clearly communicate the value proposition of products/services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and appointments in the sales tracker. Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.   REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 3 years of Sales experience. Proven experience in Telesales or appointment setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Must be computer literate. A strong mindset, with a high level of self-motivation.
