About the Role

*** This is a hybrid role, and all team members are required to be in the Miamisburg, Ohio office weekly every Monday & Tuesday. ***


As a Telephonic Client Manager, you will manage, protect, and grow revenue through the sale of LexisNexis products. You will sell to existing and prospecting clients with a proactive consultative approach.
 

Responsibilities

Maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high-level of satisfaction with key senior-level at an assigned customer accounts

Driving revue by identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities

Creating demand for the organization's products and services by raising your profile with customers

Achieving revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account

Conducting strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs in alignment with our services

Developing professionally with working knowledge in own discipline

Providing guidance to new associates

Analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures


Requirements

Be able to explain information to others in straightforward situations

Be a team player whilst working within guidelines and policies

Be able to solve standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents

Demonstrate successful sales experience, in a business-to-business environment.

Be able to understand key business drivers to accomplish own work

Have expanded conceptual knowledge in own job discipline and broadens capabilities
