About the Role
As a Telephonic Client Manager, your purpose is to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding channel partner relationships. You will collaborate with partners to identify opportunities, provide sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

***This is a Hybrid role that requires team members to be in the Dayton, Ohio office weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays***
 

Responsibilities

Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goalsIdentifying, targeting, and maximizing revenue and growth opportunitiesDeveloping solid relationships with key customer contacts and decision makersTaking responsibility for the overall health and status of the customer relationshipProviding customer feedback to internal partners regarding product or content issuesNegotiating and renegotiating contracts to align objectivesGathering customer and market insights to ensure customer needs are met and reporting against our goal


Requirements

Have successful sales experienceDisplay excellent business-to-business sales experienceHold a high school diploma or GEDDemonstrate proven success in negotiating contracts and closing businessHave experience interacting with C-level corporate executivesDisplay previous field account management and marketing experienceHave solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsHave the ability to travel on occasion (estimated at less than 10% of the time)
