Telephone Sales Representative (Russian speaking, remotely)

Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.

To support recruitment of new students in the CIS region, we have a role of Telephone  Sales Representative (Russian speaking).

This is a full-time, remote position. 

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

-Contact incoming leads within 24 hours via telephone to consult them about Crimson’s products
-Qualify the leads in line with sales processes and hand them over to the sales team.
-Update lead records in the CRM system on a daily basis.
-Continuously improve sales techniques, processes and enhance industry knowledge.
-Collate weekly reports in an accurate and concise manner
-Carry out other duties to support the sales & marketing teams.

 

What skills and experience are required?

-Bachelor’s degree: completed or in progress

-Work experience in telephone sales or telemarketing from 1 year

- Native speaker of Russian language, advanced command of English.

-Advanced PC user: Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, email.

- Outstanding communication skills, flexible mind-set, persistence, well organized, result-oriented, attentive to details, stress resistant.

-Previous work experience in the education industry is advantageous.
