Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking an experienced Telecom Software Engineer to develop and integrate network monitoring and billing solutions. The role involves real-time data tracking, regulatory compliance, and telecom traffic management.

Responsibilities Integrate with MNO networks to monitor voice, SMS, data, and VAS traffic. Develop real-time tracking and reporting systems for telecom regulators. Design and implement traffic data aggregation and volume-based billing mechanisms. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in telecom systems and traffic management. Strong understanding of SS7, Diameter, RADIUS, and SIP protocols. Experience with telecom taxation and billing systems.
