Key Job Responsibilities Details

\r\n

Sales and Customer Engagement

\r\n\r\nDevelop and execute a telesales plan, targeting independent pharmacies and dispensing doctors.\r\nConduct outbound sales calls to promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products.\r\nWork towards meeting and exceeding set sales targets and goals.\r\nProcess product orders, ensuring smooth transactions and delivery coordination.\r\n\r\n

Relationship Building & Management

\r\n\r\nEstablish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with pharmacists and doctors via phone and digital communication.\r\nProvide regular updates on product information, changes, and developments.\r\nHandle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.\r\n\r\n

Market Intelligence

\r\n\r\nMonitor competition by gathering marketplace insights on pricing, product trends, and customer preferences through telephonic interactions.\r\nIdentify and analyze emerging market trends and customer needs.\r\n\r\n

Reporting and Administrative Tasks

\r\n\r\nMaintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.\r\nProvide reports and analyze sales activities, market feedback, and customer responses for management review.\r\nEnsure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and industry requirements.\r\n\r\n

Strategic Support

\r\n\r\nCollaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to align tele sales efforts with broader business objectives.\r\nParticipate in strategic planning meetings to discuss sales strategies, targets, and performance improvements.\r\n\r\n

Minimum Requirements

\r\n

\r\n

QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCE:

\r\n

\r\n\r\nMatric qualification (mandatory).\r\nA Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.\r\nAt least 1 year of telesales experience within the pharmaceutical industry.\r\nStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations is preferred.\r\nProven track record of achieving sales targets in a telesales or call center environment.\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage customers effectively.\r\n \r\n\r\n

SKILLS:

\r\n\r\nProven negotiation and sales expertise with a results-driven approach.\r\nExceptional telephone communication skills with active listening abilities.\r\nAbility to establish and nurture customer relationships in a remote setting.\r\nProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).\r\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.\r\n\r\n
