Telcom Business Development Manager

We are seeking an Industry Business Development (IBD) Leader for the Telco vertical to join our exceptional team in Santa Clara, CA, USA. As an IBD - Telco Ecosystem, you will have a vital role evangelizing the NVIDIA's Telco strategies with our key ecosystem partners, specifically the Global System Integrators (GSIs), System Integrators (SIs), and Solution Delivery Partners (SDPs) around the globe. This position offers a distinctive opportunity to help drive the adoption of the NVIDIA's hardware, software, and services through our most strategic partners and channels.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinate with the rest of the Telco team on the top priorities for each of the leaders and the corresponding top ecosystem partners they want to collaborate with to drive adoption and scale of their strategies.

Coordinate with the GSI team as the main point of contact for the Telco team, and with all of the top GSI, SI, and SDP partners.

Oversee business advancement, measuring performance, and lead regular business reviews. Drive training compliance and certification of the partners in conjunction with our Training & Development organization.

Develop the joint value proposition with each partner; educate ecosystem partners as a multiplier, and track progress of key joint initiatives and funnel

Collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to promote NVIDIA joint success stories; develop case studies, participate in industry events to drive awareness

Lead Executive Briefings with the partners and also jointly with end customers to advance our mutual business and further fostering executive relationships.

What we need to see:

Bachelor’s degree from a leading University or equivalent experience.

10+ overall years of experience in partnership / channel marketing, program management as well as leadership experience.

Experience with AI, Generative AI and Accelerated Computing.

Work experience in the Telecommunications industry, either with vendors to the Telco or with the Telco themselves.

Familiarity / experience with AI, Generative AI and Accelerated Computing.

Strong presentation skills and ability to work across all levels of business. Additionally, the ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.

Willingness to travel approximately 33% of the time.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Master's degree and/or MBA is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.

Direct experience working for one of the GSI/SI partners.

Proven track record of innovation and successful implementations of AI / Accelerated Computing.

The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 391,000 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
