Telco Carrier Relations Manager

Your Role at Infobip:

Establish and Maintain relationships with Mobile Network Operators, Aggregators and Hubs in Africa (with focus on Southern Africa).Manage the overall business relationships with Telecom Providers, including deal making, negotiations, contract management, strategic direction, and support.Procure connectivity with Telco’s and manage the supply chain competitively.Monetize Infobip solutions within the Telecommunications Segment in designated region.Efficiently manage projects with strategic partners.Foster collaboration with cross functional teams and provide market insights to key stakeholders.Formulate and execute GTM strategy for the Telco supply & sales activities of African operators.

More about you:

A bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic or Systems Engineering would be advantageous.A minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, Client RelationsExperienced in Telecommunications and IT industryCompetent knowledge in the International and regional A2P Communication market is a strong advantage.Written and verbal fluency in EnglishExcellent written communication skills - high-level literacy, articulate, easily presenting arguments and synthesizing reports.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems and passion towards technologyWorking knowledge of Salesforce and MS office package preferred.You are not afraid to engage in the sales process and negotiations.Organized and have a track record of completing your tasks on time while paying strict attention to details.You can present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence.Open to travelling.
