Within our Digital & Innovation team, we are at the forefront of research and development in Generative AI. We lead innovative pilot projects aimed at revolutionizing not just our company, but also the industry we operate in. 

We are seeking a passionate technology specialist to reshape our development processes and empower our development teams. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will design and implement a comprehensive Technology System, enhancing developer productivity and the potential of collaborative software development.

What You Will Do

 

Champion AWS Cloud-Based Services: You will oversee the implementation of cloud-first strategies that align with the company’s overall technology goals and translate them into actionable practices within our organization. Your focus will be on optimizing our cloud environment to enhance developer productivity, scalability, and operational efficiency, ensuring that these strategies are effectively realized in our daily operations. Cloud Programs Management: You will lead transformation programs, such as the on-premises migration, while fostering strong collaboration between application teams and the cloud team. By acting as a macro facilitator, you will help create a cohesive framework that supports continuous improvement across the organization.    Cloud Advisor: As a trusted advisor to the CTO and senior leaders, you will provide guidance on cloud architecture trends and best practices, aligning them with the company’s overall cybersecurity framework, architectural standards, and compliance requirements. You will advocate for cloud adoption and modernization throughout the development teams, driving the use of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures. Additionally, you will establish governance frameworks through portals, platforms, chatbots, and initiatives like Cloud Talk to facilitate communication and best practices across the organization. Foster Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: By enhancing the visibility of cloud capabilities, codebases, and key modules, you will facilitate seamless collaboration across development squads and technical teams. Your efforts will focus on leveraging the expertise of the cloud team to empower application teams, ensuring they can efficiently integrate cloud services into their workflows. Your work will ensure that teams can efficiently share resources, minimize redundancy, and drive cloud-native solutions across the organization. Stay Ahead of Cloud Technology Trends: You will continuously evaluate emerging cloud technologies and best practices that enhance the efficiency of technical teams, integrating new standards and guidelines set by the company to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.  Candidate Profile Degree in Software Engineer or Computer Science with a Significant experience (10+ years) in cloud infrastructure, developer experience, and large-scale cloud transformation initiatives. Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS is mandatory), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines with a strong passion for optimizing cloud operations and developer processes. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in cloud-based architectures in a dynamic and demanding environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams. Mentoring or coaching experience is a plus. Passion for technology topics and commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends in cloud computing and developer efficiency.
