**FPPS** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Project Manager** . This position is **Remote.** **WORK SCHEDULE**
+ 40 hours per week
+ Day Shift
+ This position is Remote **REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelors Degree in public or business administration (or related field)
+ 3 years experience in the following: project management with projects of medium to highly complexity, business analysis and requirements definition with a thorough understanding of data analysis, process improvement methodologies, and requirements documentation techniques.
+ 3 years experience applying project management techniques and developing and using standard project management tools and approaches to managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
+ 1-2 years of Lean/Continuous Improvement application experience or other applicable DMAIC experience in a healthcare setting.Completion of Lean and/or Six Sigma training/coursework. **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Identify and handle the project management of workflow process improvements including reengineering of business processes and implementation of change management systems for complex projects that cross multiple systems with multiple stakeholders.
+ Identify and coordinate cross functional technology and process improvement projects. Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with users to analyze processes and identify operational or system optimizations.
+ Assist in the creation and implementation of FPPS PMO standard project tools, guidelines, methodologies, and policies.
+ Assist in managing the FPPS corporate Project Portfolio; analyze projects and programs within portfolio for maximum efficiency and potential collisions.
+ Lead teams cross-departmentally. Provide purpose, direction and motivation and ensure a positive, collaborative work environment.
+ Responsible for the detailed day-to-day project management of a variety of projects that reside within the FPPS Project Management Office (PMO).
+ Makes decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities requiring interpretation of guidelines, policies, procedures, or project parameters.
+ Ensures that projects for improving workflow and implementing new technology, are completed on time and within budget. **ABOUT FACULTY PRACTICE PLAN SERVICES** UW Medicine Faculty Practice Plan Services (FPPS) supports UW Physicians (UWP), a practice group for more than 1,800 physicians and other healthcare professionals associated with UW Medicine.
