Colonial transports approximately 45 percent of all fuel consumed on the East Coast, providing refined products to more than 50 million Americans. **About the** **Technology Portfolio** **Analyst** **Position** As a Technology Portfolio Analyst, you responsible for the overall Technology portfolio including Roadmap development, reporting, developing, and tracking Technology Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Technology workforce planning, budgeting, and management. This position will help oversee all components of the Technology Portfolio including internal resource demand, third party labor, vendor management and spend reporting. The Technology Planning Analyst will provide regular updates on portfolio, financials and metrics to the Technology Leadership Team, the Colonial Leadership Team and when appropriate the Colonial Board. **What You Get to Do:** + Develop analysis on the Technology investment portfolio, including execution performance, alignment of project with strategic objectives and financial performance, developing the story for key Technology initiatives, and other analysis activities as required by the Technology Leadership Team. + Support Technology Asset Management initiatives, including software and hardware management, Product licensing support, and Vendor management analysis and support. + Act as a primary liaison between the Planning and Technology Project Management team to ensure alignment with overall Technology plans and objectives. + Assist with the develop of stories and decks on key topics identified by the Technology Leadership Team, key stakeholders, and/or the Chief Technology & Data Officer (CTDO). + Develop and maintain the overall Technology Roadmap including providing visibility to all ongoing projects, timing and interdependencies and risks. + Facilitate the Technology Annual Planning with the Corporate PMO team and the quarterly roadmap reviews for the Technology leadership team by working with Technology counterparts to populate roadmap templates and project requests. + Monitor and report on progress against Technology roadmaps, Technology forecasted spend vs actuals, resource forecasts and actuals, and coordinate KPI reporting across the Technology Leadership Team. + Serve as primary liaison with Finance resources on Technology budget management and reporting. **What You Bring to the Table:** + Bachelor’s degree in related field of study from an accredited college or university;will consider a combination of experience and/or education. + Ideally, 6+ years of Technology implementation and/or portfolio management. + Ability to think strategically and analyze. + Have advanced Excel skills, including Project Management. + Knowledgeable in Agile and Data Visualization + Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company’s core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments. + Self-motivated, have a phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth. **Got Extra:** + Master’s degree in related field of study from an accredited college or university. + Big 4 Consulting or similar. **Advantages of** **Working at Colonial Pipeline Company:** Getting to work for a company that helps to meet our county’s energy needs and keeps us moving!
