Process Overview

IMAC Operations is responsible for providing L2 & L3 Production support for multiple AIT's related to Global Active Directory & Security Tools/products enterprise wide.

Job Description

Will be responsible to provide L3 level Operational support for AD servers. Manage AD availability, perform pro-active health checks, Incident managements and change management. Active Directory monitoring and maintenance tasks. Provide end-to-end maintenance of AD and other AD management server infrastructure. Co-ordinate with vendors to fix Server hardware issues.

Provide support during P1/P2 incidents and fix issues with less supervision. Focused to deliver Operation excellence by providing feedback/suggestions to all the BAU activities.

Responsibilities

-Responsible for Day-to-Day administration duties including the Windows Active Directory Object Maintenance, conducts complex troubleshooting and break-fix tasks on active Directory Windows server’s (domain controllers), AD DNS, Virtual servers hosted on Windows Hyper-V

-Active Directory infrastructure monitoring and maintenance tasks

-Perform pro-active infrastructure Health checks periodically

-Analyze, design, and support a highly complex, enterprise level Active Directory service in a hybrid on-premises and cloud hosted environment

-Responsible for Azure AD operational activities and coordinating with engineering teams 

-Manage enterprise identity cloud directories including Microsoft Azure AD

-Setup Active Directory Synchronization DirSync AAD Connect · Design and develop custom sync rules as per Org requirements

-Windows Server administration that includes OS/build issues, server Performance issues.

-Knowledge of DMZ server and network infrastructure (OS/HW Firewall).

-Provide application support for AD related tools and managing the server infrastructure hosting them.

-Experience in Windows Configuration/Deployments solution like SCCM, WSUS

-Write scripts utilizing PowerShell, SQL query and other APIs (SPS, Splunk)

Establishes service specification to other systems including permissions and modification, deletion, role definitions, reclassification, and other similar access management related functions.

Work Timings: 6:30 am - 8:30 pm (weekdays);  Week-end: Rotational shifts;  14*7 support
