Job responsibilities:
Review and analyze complex software contracts.Create comprehensive documentation that outlines key terms, conditions, and obligations of software contracts.Identify and highlight key software terms, conditions, and obligations within contracts to facilitate effective portfolio management.Simplify and translate technical and legal language into clear, concise, and accessible terms for non-technical stakeholders.Provide training and support to internal teams on contract documentation processes and best practices.Develop and maintain standardized templates and guidelines for contract documentation to ensure consistency and clarity.Manage the workflow to maintain a comprehensive database of software contracts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
