Roles and Responsibilities Lead the technology and research & development activities within the Precast industry. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in precast technology and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new precast products and solutions. Manage and oversee all R&D projects from inception to completion. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for new technology implementations. Develop and implement quality control processes for precast products. Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering and production teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols. Prepare and present reports on technology development and project status to senior management. Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Mechanical.

Experience

12 to 15 years of relevant experience in the Precast industry.
