Join our dynamic Reliability team within International Consumer (which includes Chase UK), to enhance customer experience and safeguard our business by ensuring our products and services are reliable at every step. As a key member of the Governance & Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in refining Reliability processes and controls. This position requires significant stakeholder engagement across International Consumer and collaboration with Business Resiliency, Technology Resiliency, Site Reliability Engineering, and Reliability leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and conduct comprehensive process and control reviews to ensure alignment with firmwide requirements, proactively identifying potential gaps or issues. Identify improvement opportunities across Reliability processes and controls, engaging with team leads as part of sprint planning to ensure they are prioritised for implementation. Help facilitate sprint planning for the Governance & Transformation team to scope the correct controls for review in line with leadership priorities. Hold your own as a risk & controls SME in conversations with other 1LOD and 2LOD teams and mentor more junior team members. Interface with risk pillar leads to understand upcoming changes to technology controls and procedures, undertake applicability assessments and develop implementation plans. Analyze emerging issues across Lines of Business to assess their impact on Reliability processes and controls. Perform pre-validation and sustainability monitoring of resolved issues, utilizing control KPIs. Actively participate in key forums and engage proactively with 2LOD stakeholders to understand their concerns and manage expectations. Streamline efforts and enhance messaging to 2LOD, 3LOD, and Regulatory stakeholders by producing and reusing high-quality content. Automate repetitive processes and reporting to achieve efficiencies across Reliability.Experience and Qualifications:
Experience working with operational risk and/or controls. Direct experience working in one or more of the following: technology governance, cyber, change, resiliency, incident management. Demonstrable experience managing significant pieces of work/projects and workstreams with minimal oversight. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop compelling insights. Background in strategy or technology consulting beneficial. Experience working with or within compliance or regulatory management teams is beneficial. Experience managing or mentoring more junior colleagues.Skills and Behaviours:
