About this role:

This director will have the opportunity to be responsible for Data & Analytics strategy, execution, and support for commercial bank. The primary business functions supported by this role has several large transformational programs in flight. Including a strong understanding of Commercial and Corporate Lending business and additional experience in developing data & analytics strategy, developing business cases, target-state solution architecture, and delivering large transformational efforts focusing on application rationalizing, modernization and migrating to cloud.

In this role, you will:

Manage a team of engineering managers and engineering leadsFocus on delivering commitments aligned to enterprise strategic prioritiesBuild support for strategies with business and technology leadersGuide development of actionable roadmaps and plansIdentify opportunities and strategies for continuous improvement of software engineering practicesProvide oversight to software craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions developed by the teams or third party providersIdentify financial management and strategic resourcingSet risk management guidelines and partner with stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesDevelop strategies for hiring engineering talentLead implementation of projects and encourage engineering innovationCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managersLead team to achieve objectivesInterface with external agencies, regulatory bodies or industry forumsManage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Strategic LeadershipDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of Management experience5+ years of Data & Analytics Engineering experience

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of large-scale cloud modernization and migration to GCP (Google Cloud Platform)  and/or Azure CSP5+ years of management experience in Commercial and Corporate Lending technology organizations at a large financial and/or FinTech institutions with specialization in data and analytics4+ years of executive leadership experience managing a complex technology organization of large scale, including senior managers, managers, individual contributors, and vendor resources4+ years of risk and regulatory reporting experienceExperience in effective management of technology financials Demonstrated ability leading multi-year large scale modernization and rationalization programs

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel 20% of the time Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidaysThis position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$207,900.00 - $431,900.00
